- This was up for auction in March 2025 but didn't sell. The details are not showing another auction date, so presumably they are still trying to sell on auction terms - so please check for fees. There's a distinct lack of photographs so it's difficult to comment on any potential problems.
- Canal aspect: The back garden backs directly onto the offside of the Shropshire Union Canal. The plans show that the second floor bedroom has a large balcony with elevated views over the gardens and canal. The garden looks quite overgrown, but I'm sure the views towards the canal could be opened up. It looks a bit narrow for a mooring, but maybe it would be worth applying for a dinghy or a tiny day boat if it would fit there.
In the photo below I have managed to find the view from the canal on Streetview by matching the bench in the dark archway of trees! I suspect the pair of white doors just to the right of these dark trees are the ones leading to the second floor balcony.
