- Canal aspect: The map pin is not right. The grounds of this row of four back onto the offside of the Aire and Calder Navigation. The details mention a courtyard garden to the rear, but this is not shown in the photos, although you can see the fences between the gardens in the picture above. As the canal bank is raised, it looks as if all the views of the canal are from the first and second floors - there is a Juliet balcony looking out onto the canal on the first floor. Just down the driveway you can access both the track along the canal, and also the Sugar Mill Ponds nature reserve - what a lovely spot!
