Currently the CRT lease for the moorings is owned by Belvedere House, which was on the market when I wrote this, but you might be able to negotiate pairing the lease with Lock 57 cottage instead. Worth a shot! This was previously the village shop until the business was extended into what is now Belvedere House (see below for the history of these two properties).
