- I have previously worked with Springbok during my Viewber days. They specialise in fast sales and generally advertise at good prices. I suspect that the main issue here is presentation which has resulted in a reputation for being stuck. This could be a very different house, but it's hard to get past the existing maximalist style.
- Canal aspect: On the beautiful Ashby Canal immediately opposite Bosworth Marina, which is family owned and gradually maturing into a lovely place to moor. Springbok's photos only show the front garden. It's the rear which backs onto the offside of the canal. I'm pretty sure the photo below is the garden from a previous agent's listing but please check.
