Canalside Homes is now frozen
On 30th November 2025 I completed a final trawl through all the canalside properties on the market. I also checked and updated all the sales, withdrawals, and reductions. As of today, all property pages are frozen, with no further updates planned. The archive of canalside properties and advice will remain here on this website until 15/02/2025, freely available to all, along with the following subdivided price pages:
Remember, at this time of year, a lot of properties are withdrawn from the market, so if you are proceedable (cash available or under offer), please check the Sold section. If you see something you like, contact the agent, just in case they can still negotiate a sale. I once bought a house that way myself!
I'll be setting up a redirect so you can use the old address canalsidehomes.uk to find this site. If this doesn't work, it will only be a temporary glitch while I am making changes.
