Sorry, that's the best canal-direction photo the agent had, and the Streetview image below is not much better! It is the house in the middle with the wide bifolds, so there should be a view out to the canal. It looks as if a fair bit of vegetation clearance would be needed if you wanted to apply for a mooring, though.
