The 16th Century farmhouse is listed and is close to the village centre. Strangely, the agent doesn't include an exterior photo of the farmhouse, but I found this one on Wikimedia Commons. I doubt there is potential to add any canal related development, but it's still a fascinating property comprising a huge parcel of land in a wonderful canalside village, so I couldn't resist including it.
